I still have a few vacancies for the school summer holidays.  Some counties break up earlier than here in Hampshire and I have 15th-22nd July available for only £620.  From 22nd July until 2nd September weeks are priced at £780 which is a very competitive price, much lower than company owned rentals and also cheaper than most other private owners on the Park. The 2 bedroom holiday home I have available this year is extremely spacious.   It has the same dimensions as most 3 bedroom caravans (35x12), but having one bedroom less means much more space in the double bedroom with plenty of space to put up a travel cot (making 5th person) and also lots of floor space in the living area for children to play. Bookings have been coming in very quickly this year and I only have a few vacancies left in the coming 4 months. I have a vacancy for the 31st March-7th April which is the first week of the Easter School Holidays for some counties and the price is only £290. I am now taking bookings for 2017 with the first holiday of the year being the February Half-Term (18th - 25th). There will be lots of short breaks, either weekend or mid-week available throughout most of 2017 in the very spacious, warm 2 bedroom caravan that I have available.
